Abstract :
To improve the performance of Heilongjiang province cultural industry and cultural trade, and to provide the profound the theoretical and practical supporting for Heilongjiang´s construction, the comparative analysis method and quantitative analysis method are introduced to analyze this case, so, the corresponding strategies, from three aspects about government, company, and product, respectively, are gotten. It is proved that these strategies are feasible, which can bring huge innovation for Heilongjiang´s culture industry and culture trade.
