  • Abstract
    For development of fractal electrodynamics theory the new distribution has been introduced. The design of this distribution is based on the structure of the Cantor set. The basic features of this Cantor distribution are discussed. For example, the transition scattering theory of the permittivity dissipative burst is considered.
