Abstract
The success criteria of large-scale public projects is an important aspect of public project management. To systematically define the success criteria of large-scale public projects, achieving the balance of interests of stakeholders will help to properly evaluate the performance of the project. Based on current studies and life cycle management theory, the conceptual model of success criteria of large-scale public projects was constructed. Followed by success criteria from the construction, operation and multi-value, the success of large-scale public projects for micro and macro was evaluated through three dimensions above. It is pointed out that the success criteria of large-scale public projects is dynamic, and the relative importance of different dimensions of success criteria depends on the different stages of life cycle.
