Abstract :
Non-grid-connected wind power is an important channel to explore for the diversified use of wind power. It broke the wind power 10% of the total amount of Internet restrictions, greatly enabling the expansion of wind power applications. It is known that non-grid-connected wind power will replace huge amounts of fossils energy and significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In today´s world, when there´s increasing tension of energy, it is certain that it will be a great strategy to speed up the development of non-grid-connected wind power industry. Applications of non-grid-connected wind power are an emerging industry. Based on the analysis of dependence of natural resources, we find that clustering is a way to speed up the development of non-grid wind power. Based on the characteristics of non-grid-connected wind power industry cluster, we could actively explore the development performance evaluation system of industrial clusters. From the six aspects of economy, society, growth, openness, innovation and the associated degree of cluster development, we can conduct effective monitor, prediction and evaluation on non-grid wind power industry clusters to promote the sound development of non-grid-connected industry clusters.
