Abstract :
Based on a five-point Likert scale Questionnaire investigation through factor analysis, we withdraw five common factors which the cumulative variance contribution rate has reached 58.657%, through rotation and Factor score coefficient matrix, we find that the satisfaction is "F = 2.8447”. Finally, we put forward some sugesstions in order to improve the satisfaction unceasingly.
