Abstract :
The measures of phase shift used at metrology researches of vector network analyzers in millimeter wavelength range are described. The algorithms of definition of reproduced phase shifts of reflection and transfer coefficients with extended uncertainty of such reproduction in frequency band from 25.86 up to 178.6 GHz are presented, the results of researches are stated.
