Abstract :
Electrode-lift regulating system for ore smelting electric arc furnace is a nonlinear, parameter-time-varying, three-phase current coupled system, so it is difficult to obtain desired control effect by traditional PID constant current single closed loop electrode-lift regulating system, self-adjusting fuzzy controller application of electrode-lift regulating system for ore smelting electric arc furnace is presented. The controller adjusts the fuzzy rule base by adjusting the fuzzy controller parameters and the weights of each input variable, thus the function is optimized, because fuzzy control is adopted in this system, the adjust time of this system are less than time of the pid electrode-lift regulating system. The results of simulation experiment show the system has the advantages of better dynamic, more applicability, better rejection for disturbance.
