Abstract :
This paper is a study on the identification and prevention of investment projects risks. The author makes a comprehensive discussion of the type of investment projects risks and divided it into business risk, financial risk and systemic risk. The causes of these risks are also discussed. According to the different types and causes of the risks, the author proposes targeted measures to prevent and control investment projects risks. This paper has certain of theoretical and practical significance.
