Abstract :
Water pollution is one of the inevitable problems that hinder social and economic development. Through laws, economic regulations and neighboring countries cooperation, Germany implements a wide range, highly efficient and modern mechanism to protect water resources. The representative features of this mechanism are the tight legislation, the strict law enforcement and the scientific management. Learning from more successful experience in Germany, the paper will give suggestions to the existing water pollution control laws and economic systems in China.
