Message from the workshops chairs

It is our pleasure to present you with PerCom 2010´s workshops program. According to the PerCom´s tradition, this edition features a very vivid and diverse lineup of workshops, covering various areas of interest to the pervasive computing and communication community. PerCom 2010 includes the largest number of accompanying workshops to date - a total of 14 workshops, complementing the main conference and providing a platform for presenting novel ideas in a less formal and possibly more focused way than the main conference. The workshops program covers diverse areas pertaining to PerCom, including context-modeling, middleware, smart environments, information quality and QoS, management, pervasive learning, wireless and sensor networks, emergency networks, P2P, security, collaboration and social networking, pervasive healthcare, web of things and various other topics.
