Abstract :
Syntactic parsing and semantic role labeling have been studied in natural language processing for many years and many good research results have been obtained. According to the characteristics of Tibetan, a joint approach for syntactic parsing and semantic role labeling is proposed in this paper. This approach, based on the theory of syntax and semantic features on Tibetan verbs, and with the predicate chunk patterns, is used to label corpus for the study of Tibetan language processing.
