Abstract
With most of China´s residence being high-rise buildings and multi-story buildings, heat users within the same building can have huge differnces in the heating cost due to varied heat consumption of different locations inside the building. In this paper, the principle, constitution and application analysis of TFTM system is introduced. The application results show that the method solves the issue of fairness and reduces the thermal heating cost from 10.9% to 27%.
