Abstract :
Based on low carbon social environment, energy conservation and utilization of establishing clean renewable energy is core way of concept. This paper puts forward low carbon practicing, sustainable development and energy meteorological service support system establishment. According to the important significance of constructing principles, constructing the goals and system engineering point of view, Sichuan energy meteorological service system is construction contents and business process, it constructed with water, wind, solar energy and nuclear energy mainly of Sichuan province meteorological operational service system.
