Abstract :
Sequential solution method is very suitable for developing new AC/DC load flow software. This paper presents detail explanation about how to deal with each step in the DC load flow calculation. Specific formulas relating to the calculation are listed. Then separate islands are considered to fit AC/DC load flow calculation. This paper is helpful to the programmer.
