Abstract :
This paper describes the theory of sustainable development, in-depth study of urban planning and real estate development, analysis and impact of the interaction between the two, pointing out both urban planning and coordinated development of real estate development must adhere to the direction of the concept of sustainable development, on the road of real estate to an important post-modern theoretical and practical significance.
