Abstract
This paper used an accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) in the atmosphere of a deca bromo diphenyl ether (BDE-209) for extraction. By selecting the short length, thin film capillary column, aging the capillary column particularly, improving the liner tube to optimize the conditions of the instruments, by using the high-pressure injection, setting ion to decimal places to explore appropriate analysis conditions, the Instrumental Analysis method of the atmosphere Deca Brominated Diphenyl Ether which was detected by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry was established. By implementing quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) strictly, the method detection limit of the instrument was 9.75 ng·mL-1, quantification limit of instrument was 32.51 ng·mL-1, the standard curve linear coefficient was 0.9935, the average recovery rate was 95.37%, the precision of the method was 5.2%. Using this method to detect the two air samples in Beijing, the deca bromo diphenyl ether contents were 98.26 pg·m-3 and 67.43 pg · m-3. The experimental results show that this method can be used to analysis and detect decabromodiphenyl ether in air.
