Abstract :
The modeling technology based on product interface association is put forward to describe quantitatively association constraint between the components. The hierarchy association constraint network is created by taking the product interface association and parameters propagation as the core, and the top-down product decomposing process as direction. Constraint redundancies were searched to eliminate, and then interfaces and parameters which have not been associated were found to amend on the basis of analyzing constraint propagation paths. The constraint network which has been handled is the product interface association model. It can sustain designers to detect and locate product design conflicts.
