Abstract
We consider multiuser detection over the Gaussian multiple access channel using an antenna array. The space-alternating generalized expectation-maximization algorithm provides, for each user, iterative estimates of the transmitted symbols. We also extend the algorithm in order to obtain iterative estimation of the signal amplitude and steering vectors. Simulation results are reported
