The research of speeding up the information construction of Xiamen

Information technology has become an important measure indicator of a modern city development and the trend of the world development. The paper analysis the actual situation of the development situation of information construction in Xiamen, use SWOT matrix model giving an objective judge of the current situation, use BMOPEV based on N-order open-stack model and Dual-drive model to show a new way of detail analysing the information construction quantities, from above make much recommendations to enable the rapid and healthy development of information construction of Xiamen.
