Abstract :
In the modern medical diagnosis for detection of cancer, the gland structure detection becomes very important because with the help of gland structure various diseases are predicted. The gland structure will be observe by taking the microscopic images of the gland, and that gland will contains number of cells and tissues of different size. In this paper we use the particular method, that will helps to produce the segmentation of image of the gland and creates the map of that segmented image. The segmentation helps to represent the each object separately. Next we use the another method, that method will helps to detect the overlapped or partially overlapped cells or tissues from the glandular image. Once the image is observed then that image will be trained and features are extracted from that image, then by using the classification method disease will be predicted, and at the final stage our system gives a vision in respective field.
