The conference organizer\´s preferred citation format is given. Papers submitted to Photonic 2012 - The International Conference on Fiber Optics and Photonics may be cited in other publications. As any submission to the Photonic 2012 - The International Conference on Fiber Optics and Photonics meeting is a submission to a technical conference and an archival publication, these papers may not appear in other publications or journals. Proper citation for the Technical Digest CD-ROM should be written in the following format: Name of Author (s), "Title of Paper," in Topical Meeting Name (from list above), (Optical Society of America, Washington, DC, 2012), presentation number.
