Abstract :
This paper is devoted to the decision of the problems of automation or informatization of the medical and prophylactic establishments. The main layouts of the automation process are shown. The medical establishment´s computer network optimization by usage of a graph model is represented. The main principles and algorithm of the network optimization with the usage of partitioning based on modified fractal aggregation is described.
