Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a CQ (conventional importance sampling and quasi-translation) IS technique for Rayleigh-faded channels where optimal IS parameters are analytically derived. The CQ IS technique modifies the variance of additive noise and performs quasi-translation for the multiplicative noise, namely, Rayleigh fading
