Abstract
In this paper, the particle size analysis of superfine polishing powders was studied using Malvern Nano-ZS90. Such factors that influence the particle size measurement as category and content of dispersants, dispersing time and concentration of sample, refractive index as well ad deposition time were mainly investigated. The optimal measurement conditions of superfine polishing powders by laser scattering method were determined.
