Abstract
Fusion of the analytic method, the numeric method and the experimental method is an important issue in the research of the analysis techniques of modern mechanics. By employing a new fusion pattern, where the analytic method is the fusion matrix and the numeric method is the fusion reinforcer, the composite Fourier series method is presented for the analysis of Reissner plates. The composite Fourier series method lays a solid foundation of the improved understanding and wide application of the traditional analytic method.
