Abstract
From the concept and connotation of the transportation sustainable development, the rapid growth in demand for cars, urban environmental degradation and energy shortages limit the sustainable development of transport, and proposed the countermeasures: sustainable alternative energy sources replaces oil; development of new energy automobile, and other means to strengthen the administrative management to reduce environmental pollution; at the same time, the need to develop green transport, encouraging people to use public transport, walk, bicycles, supplemented by the transportation demand management and means of traffic engineering, the close combination of good urban planning, land use and public transport system should be completed; to promote transit-oriented development, transportation enterprises implements the commnity responsibility accountant, to supervise and coordinate balanced development of enterprise and society, only then can adapt the sustainable development goal.
