Abstract :
This paper describes the development and production activities of the VKS-7964M: an S-band, CW high-power, permanent-magnet (PM) focused, air-cooled, Multi-Stage Depressed Collector (MSDC) klystron amplifier for satellite communications and terrestrial broadcast applications.
