Abstract :
Takes a separating nut as an illustration, which is used to bundle and separate rocket body with booster..this paper discusses the designing method of generalized reliability margin, Introduces the relative basic concepts and points out the deficiencies of the traditional safety factor designing. Extends the ideas and methods of typical reliability margin designing to other types of products. Introduces the general steps and application of the designing. Provides a reference to other types products in quantized designing of reliability.
