Abstract :
RE is concerned by the countries of the world because of its extensive application value, however, China hasn´t the right of pricing as the main RE production country. The status of the low RE export prices, the low product economic value added and not yet established the strategic reserves threat to the sustainable development of China´s rare earth resources and utilization. Therefore, rare earth can not depend on the market alone as China´s strategic resources. The government regulation of RE industry is discussed in this thesis based on SCP paradigm.
