  • Abstract
With aloe stems were used as material for callus induction, shoot induction, proliferation, root induction and other tests, and test-tube seedlings transplanting. The results show that the use of stem short, there may of course with the use of medium MS +0.2 mg / L 2,4 D +4 mg/L6-BA able to induce sprouting, this is better. The proliferation of media MS +3 mg/L6-BA is better, when rooting MS +0.5 mg / L NAA +0.5 mg / L IBA´s ratio effect is obvious choice transplanting the soil is 50% vermiculite +50% perlite.
