Abstract
UHF energy harvesting module for energizing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) systems was designed, fabricated, and tested to work at 900 MHz. A Schottky diode-based single stage voltage doubler was used for DC voltage generation, simple rectangular microstrip patch antenna was used to test the performance of the fabricated module. Results shows RF-to-DC conversion efficiency up to 77%.
