  • Abstract
    In multi-project environment, how to effectively control the operation of the parallel multiple projects by rationally allocating and effectively using the limited resources is an important question. This paper proposes a multi-project stage control method. The method designs a group of input and output indicators which can reflect the performance of the operating project. The method mainly uses data envelopment analysis model with fuzzy analysis method to evaluate the stage efficiency of the parallel similar multiple projects, then dynamically adjusts resources allocation and improves the performance of multiproject to improve the overall resources utilization and the success rate of multi-project according to the implementation of every project. Finally, this paper uses an example to testify the method can well solve how to effectively control the operation of multi-project.
