Abstract :
According to the structural feature and development presently of the electric power communications network, one of its risk evaluation methods based on improved FAHP is proposed. The significance and situation of risk evaluation of the electric power communications network are briefly presented. One new method of fuzzy taxis, called restriction coefficient, is proposed, while explaining its advantages and proposing a method confirming index power weight using triangular fuzzy number, logarithm least squares method and limited digit coefficient. One risk evaluation method of the electric power communications network based on limited digit coefficient and logarithm least squares method is advanced while showing its idiographic assessment process and it is validated through some electric power communications network in some place and gets the collectivistic risk rank and index taxis. The result shows that this evaluation methodpsilas calculation is simple, and according with fact while having better stability of taxis.
