Abstract :
Possibility of application of optical differential spectrometers based on phase-modulated acousto-optical tunable filters (AOTF) in fluorescence spectroscopy, in particular, for photoluminescence cancer diagnostic, is considered. Characteristics of detection being developed are presented as well as first results of spectral measurements.
