Abstract :
According to the importance of loop freeway and the marked interference of the traffic accident of fog loop freeway to traffic flow, based on network, propose the emergency traffic organization in the influence region which includes protection, control and buffer in this paper. Through collecting traffic accident interference data of Xi´an loop freeway, firstly calculate maximum queue length of buffer under the action of the interference and the corresponding moment, resolution time of accident. Secondly, according to the location of every influence area and traffic flow characteristics, give the concrete measures of fog emergency traffic organization of every influence region in order to reduce secondary accidents and provide the basis for playing a role of loop freeway transportation hub.
