Abstract :
The Consortium for the Enhancement for Ukrainian Management Education (CEUME) was a three-year program funded by U.S.AID to help Ukraine move from a command to a market economy. CEUME introduced Western-style undergraduate business curricula and interactive, participatory teaching/learning strategies to faculty and administrators at Ukrainian economics universities and business schools. We intended that the content and pedagogy be adapted to Ukrainian conditions by the participants. Rogers would call this process of adaptation, "reinvention," and it most often occurs during the implementation phase of an innovation-decision.
