Abstract
An optically transparent frequency selective surface (FSS) is designed and fabricated by patterning a network of silver nanowires film deposited on a glass substrate for Ku-band operation. Measured and simulated transmission coefficients of the fabricated FSS are presented and compared with that of a simple circuit model. The fabricated silver nanowire FSS has demonstrated -15 dB of a stop-band notch in the Ku-band.
