Abstract :
This paper studies the allocation of enterprise human resources based on neural network. Firstly, the concept and characteristics of the enterprise human resources allocation are introduced. And then, a number of factors which affect the allocation of human resources in enterprises and which also influence personnel transference are analyzed. On this basis, the Elman neural network is designed in order to predict the probability of the human resources transference. A test proves that this algorithm can predict the probability of human resources transference accurately.
