Abstract :
Epoxy composites with and without of Al2O3 nano fillers have been evaluated by measuring complex permittivity as a function of frequency and temperature. Dielectric Spectroscopy measurements have been carried out on different formulations of epoxy with as-received and pre-processed nanoparticles. It is observed that addition of nano particles in epoxy polymer decreased the real part of the permittivity and dielectric loss of the bulk composite material. The magnitude of these dielectric properties increased with temperature, a low frequency dispersion was also observed for all the composite formulations.
