Abstract :
Manufacturing executive system(MES) is one of the key technologies for information development in process industry. Correct and reliable data can reflect the actual condition as the basis of monitoring, optimization, scheduling and decision. Certain chemical process as example of MES system, the design project of information bus for MES is presented. And some function modules are realized. The key technologies of data reconciliation are presented to practical produce. And data reconciliation and dynamic cost of material and energy based on information bus for MES are research and used. The results show that MES platform based on information bus can integrate effectively real time data and relationship data, adjust data in time, and monitor and analyze process and the energy-saving.
