Abstract :
For nano science and technology it is very important subjects to establish methods of adaptive intelligent {design, control} for nano {material, device} systems. By applying stochastic dynamics mesoscopic material properties, critical properties and control characteristics were derived. Here essential items for the subjects are summarized.
