Abstract

According to the special characteristics of regional industry resources in Inner Mongolia, the regional farming resources information system is designed and developed by ArcGIS technology in this paper. Based on the intelligent control and GIS theory, the GIS techniques and applications are introduced in brief at first, and the system design is illustrated on focus, including design methods and functional descriptions; then the key techs are analyzed. This system is combined with the automatic or many other fields. It is low in running costs and has better interoperability.
