Abstract :
According to the characters of converter steelmaking, a prediction model of end-point phosphorous about Multi Refining Converter was developed. The 11 factors which had a rather large correlation with the end-point phosphorus content in dephosphorization stage were chosen by gray Relation Analysis. After the data set were decomposed into clusters by agglomerative hierarchical, the gray GM(0,N) model was built to predict end-point phosphorous. The simulation results show that the built model with cluster is valid.
