Abstract :
An efficient numerical approach, based on the wave concept combined with the fast iterative procedure using the FFT-algorithm is developed for the analysis and design multilayered electromagnetic coupled microstrip active antennas. Antennas are fed either by an active element printed on the radiating surface or by a coax transmission line through the ground plane. The proposed approach is checked by comparison with available results.
