  • Abstract
    Based on the concept of dasiaassimilationpsila, dasiaaccommodationpsila in the description about the developmental process of human cognition in schema theory, a supervised ART2 network with the features of the developmental process of human cognition is proposed in this paper. It responds the signal from outside in different ways, for example, by adjusting the vigilance value. It can work in the conditions with the ambiguous or detail directions from supervisors, even without supervisors. The clustering illustration with the Iris dataset demonstrates that the clustering error with lower vigilance value and the superabundant clusters with higher one in traditional ART2 networks are suppressed by the new method.
