Abstract :
A ground wave of the Earth electromagnetic field is considered. Characteristics of the module of an attenuation function for an inhomogeneous fractal radiopath are considered, with a Cantor set that describes distribution of electric parameters sigma and epsiv on the Earth surface is used. Electric parameters are modeled with equivalent electric circuits
