Abstract

A multi-priority CDMA system was presented to enhance capacity while maintaining quality of service (QoS). Based on a simple but effective method of capacity analysis, the capacity of a multi-priority CDMA system with integrated services was evaluated. The results illustrate that the multi-priority method gives the system excessive capacity without deteriorating the QoS of a high priority user. Finally, some network management problems of such system were presented for future study
