Abstract :
Expressions for the resonance crosssection of scattering of arbitrary polarization photon on an electron with the arbitrary value of spin being at lowest energy level in strong external magnetic field have been taken. Rigid correlation is exposed between the spin of electron and polarization of a photon. Possibility of polarization of an electron beam under action of the linear polarized electromagnetic wave has been shown and estimation of polarization time has been carried out
