Abstract

The industry transformation of resource-based city is a world problem that is also a strategic issue relating to the sustainable development of the resource-based city. As a result, it is important to select a appropriate economic theory for providing prospective guidance for decision-making of industry transformation, providing scientific basis for making policies and taking measures by government. Therefore, this study will utilize Grey relation theory to make a selection and evaluation for leading industry of resource-based city, Daqing.
