Abstract
For solving measurement problem of spanless points of complex rotary mechanical drive system, a new torsional vibration measuring model of spanless points was proposed by using continuous shaft segment model. The measuring model could calculate torsional vibration parameter values of spanless points utilizing testing data of measurable points. The correctness of theory was verified by torque testing experiment and data analysis. The measurement theory of spanless pointspsila physical quantity of complex rotary mechanical drive shafts is established by the measuring model. Based on the measuring model, on-line monitor and fault diagnosis can be realized by program composition on drive shafts, which can guarantee rotary machine steady operation.
